Discomfort or Regret – Which One Are You Willing to Live With?

If you know me you’ll know that I never pretend this is easy.

If you want to feel better, stop saying “I’ll be good next week” and get off the cycle of drinking, regretting it, and drinking again - the truth is that change will feel uncomfortable.

There will be resistance.
You’ll doubt yourself. You’ll want to give up.

But there’s another kind of discomfort you might already know only too well—
That dull gut feeling of regret.
That voice in your head that says:
"You’re meant for more than this."

Both paths are hard. But one of them gives you your life back.

It’s hard to keep turning away from the life you say you want.
It’s hard to live in the gap between what you feel inside—and what you’re actually doing.

That’s a slow kind of heartbreak.
And it chips away at your energy, your confidence, and your belief in yourself.

But the other path—the one that asks you to face the discomfort head-on?
That path leads somewhere.

It leads to clarity, confidence, and real freedom.

So you get to ask yourself:
What energy do I want to live with?
The energy of moving through resistance?
Or the energy of living with regret?

You Don’t Have to Believe in Yourself Yet—But You Do Have to Begin

If you’ve signed up for The Alcohol-Free Reset – LIVE, you’ve already taken a powerful step.

Maybe a quiet part of you is whispering:
“What if I actually could do this?”

Even if you don’t fully believe it yet, that whisper matters.
Because self-belief isn’t something you
have at the start.
It’s something you build—step by step.

And how do you build it?

By showing up for yourself in ways you maybe haven’t before.
By being willing to feel the discomfort of growth.
By deciding that you’re worth the effort—even when it feels wobbly.

Self-belief isn’t magic. It’s built through action.
And every time you keep going, even when it’s hard—you strengthen it.

I’m Not Here to Sugar-Coat It. I’m Here to Help You Through It.

I’m willing to talk about the hard parts.
The resistance. The discomfort. The messy middle.
Because I’ve had to work through that myself and I know 100% that’s where real change happens.

I’ll help you take simple, doable steps.
I’ll help you stay focused when your brain wants to have a hissy fit - and believe me, it will.
And I’ll keep it honest and real—because that’s what actually works.

You don’t need to pretend you’ve got it all figured out.

You just need to start trusting that you can handle what comes your way.
