Before we begin working together—whether through 1:1 coaching, a group programme, a workshop, or resources via this website—please take a moment to read these terms. They’re here to create clarity and ensure we both feel safe, supported, and on the same page.
By accessing or using any services offered by Finding You Coaching, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
If you are medically dependent on alcohol, it may be dangerous for you to suddenly stop drinking.
Please complete the AUDIT questionnaire here to learn about your level of dependency on alcohol
and contact your GP for medical supervised reduction where appropriate.

Support resources to help you feel better in your body, mind and everyday life.
I also work in alignment with The Sober Code—a coach-led code of ethics designed to promote trust, transparency, and safety within the alcohol-free coaching space.
1 - 1 sessions are not recorded, unless you request otherwise.
Group coaching sessions may be recorded, but this will be clearly explained before you join and is always optional.

Take full responsibility for the decisions and actions you choose to take.
Seek appropriate medical or professional care if needed.
Show up with respect - for yourself, for others, and for the process.
Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled or credited.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the start date.
Cancellations up to 7 days prior will be refunded minus a £25 admin fee.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to start date are non-refundable but may be credited toward other services.
Workshop payments are non-refundable, but if you can't attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else - just let me know before the day.
If the workshop doesn't go ahead as planned - low numbers, unforeseen circumstances - you'll be offered a full refund or a place on the next date, whichever you'd prefer.
Courses, workshops and meet-ups are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're dealing with a medical condition or mental health concern, please speak to your GP or another qualified professional.
Groups and workshops are small groups where people share things that feel personal. Please respect that - what's shared in the group stays in the group.
You'll need a stable internet connection and device with camera and microphone to join. I'm not able to refund for technical issues on your end, so worth testing your Zoom access ahead of time.
I reserve the right to withdraw services if there is a breach of these terms, disrespectful behaviour, or a situation that compromises the integrity of the coaching relationship.
