Apply to clients in UK as well as those from overseas.
WELCOME TO FINDING YOU COACHING
These terms and conditions govern your use of our coaching services, workshops, website and any coaching programme engagement with Gillian Cockburn, Finding You Coaching and the Sober in The City and Shire Support Group.
Sober in The City and Shire Support Group is supported by ADP Central Forum, but runs completely independently and therefore the following conditions still apply.
By accessing or using our services, you are confirming you are +18 years of age and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
If you are medically dependent on alcohol, it may be dangerous for you to suddenly stop drinking.
Please complete the AUDIT questionnaire here to learn about your level of dependency on alcohol
and contact your GP for medical supervised reduction where appropriate.
Finding You Coaching provides life and sober coaching services to individuals seeking support for their alcohol-free journey. Our coaching services may include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, educational materials,
and other resources to support your healing journey.
NATURE OF COACHING RELATIONSHIP
The client is aware that the Coaching Relationship between Finding You Coaching, Gillian Cockburn, and themselves is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling.
In the event that the client feels the need for additional professional counselling or therapy, the
coach may signpost the client to alternative licenced professionals although it is the responsibility of the client to pursue their preferred solution.
The client is aware that the Coaching Relationship is in no way to be construed as business consultancy.
In the event that the client requires same, it is the responsibility of the client to seek such professionals, as the client deems necessary.
Coaching results are not guaranteed.
The client enters into coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You acknowledge that our coaching services do not constitute medical or psychiatric treatment. It is your responsibility to consult with appropriate healthcare professionals for any medical or mental health conditions.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your background, health, and any relevant circumstances that may impact your coaching experience.
You understand that the success of your recovery depends on your commitment and active participation in the coaching process.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and will treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential, except where required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
We may collect and store personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
IPHM REGISTERED & INSURED THERAPIST, ACCREDITED SOBER COACH AND FACILITATOR CERTIFICATIONS
As part of my ongoing professional development, the hours from 1-1 coaching sessions and/or group coaching sessions may count toward professional development and continued certification as an IPHM Registered & Insured Therapist, Accredited Sober Coach and Certified Facilitator.
For certification purposes only I may be required to disclose only your name, contact info, coaching hours and the duration of time (and not the content/scope of our conversations).
This information would be treated in the strictest confidence and no other information about your coaching would be revealed.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment for our coaching services is due as per the agreed-upon terms. We may require upfront payment or installment plans, as specified in our pricing structure.
Non-refundable payment for courses, programmes or workshops are just that - non-refundable. You may however, apply the payment to future courses, programmes or 1-1 coaching sessions and packages.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Gillian Cockburn.
PASSIONATELY SOBER GROUP COACHING PROGRAMMES
Deposits are non-refundable and balance must be paid no less than 48 hours prior to programme start date. Failure to pay balance will result in the applicant not being allowed to join the programme.
Paid In Full - Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the start date will be refunded less £25 admin fee.
If a participant needs to cancel less than 7 days prior to the programme start date, no refund will be given.
Participants will however be able to use the funds already paid, for other life or sober coaching services offered by Gillian Cockburn, up to the value of the original cost of the programme.
Any other arrangements can be discussed with Gillian Cockburn.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, and resources provided by Finding You Coaching are protected by intellectual property rights and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without our written consent.
