The Hard Truth That Could Set You Free!

“You’re Just Not Trying Hard Enough"

(but not in the way you think.)

I know. It sounds a bit harsh, right?

It might even sting a bit.

But you know I’m not here to hurt you—I’m here to be honest with you.
And I think, deep down, you’re ready for that.

You’ve got big intentions.
You want something more.
A clearer head.
A calmer life.

You want to stop waking up with that familiar knot in your stomach.
You want to feel proud of yourself again.
And I believe you.
I really do.

But can I say something that might be hard to hear?

I don’t think you’re giving this your all.

And I don’t say that to judge you.
I say it because I’ve been there.


There was a time when I kept telling myself:

“I’m really trying. I’m doing my best. I’ve tried everything.”

And in some ways, that was true.
I’d read the books, followed the accounts, listened to the podcasts, taken a break here and there…

But I was still bargaining.
Still keeping the door open just enough to go back.
Still hoping I could feel the benefits of change—without having to get too uncomfortable.

And honestly? That kept me stuck for years.


Because the truth is…

“Sort of” trying only gets you “sort of” results.

And I don’t want that for you.

You’re not here reading this because you want sort of.


You’re here because you want
real change.


You want to feel free.


So let me ask you—gently, with love:

  • Are you really giving this what it needs?

  • Are you being fully honest with yourself?

  • Are you actually committed—or just kind of hoping it’ll sort itself out?

Sometimes we tell ourselves we’re doing everything we can…
But deep down, we
know there’s more in us.

Not in a way that pushes us into burnout or guilt.
But in a way that calls us
into the person we’re meant to become.

You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
You’re not failing.

But maybe… you’re holding back.


So, what would it look like to try properly?

To show up like this actually matters?

Not with perfection.
Not with pressure.
But with honesty.

With your whole heart.

Not dipping a toe in.
Not waiting for the perfect time.

Just saying:

"I’m doing this now. For me."


You don’t need anyone’s permission.
You don’t need to hit rock bottom.
You don’t even need to feel “ready.”

You just need to decide.
That this version of you—the one who’s tired of starting over—is ready to stop holding back.

And if that’s you?

I’ve got you.

You’re not alone in this, and you’re not the only one who’s ever needed to hear this truth.


So, let’s go.
